My leadership experience
Founded our company, The Willis Organization, on the core values of simplicity, trust, innovation and customer success. We develop and implement innovative learning solutions with real life coaching strategies. All our solutions and strategies focus on consistently delivering measurable results for our customers.
Built two successful entrepreneurial businesses prior to The Willis Organization, one in sports/leisure retailing and a second in hospitality services.
Business Development Leader – PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting
Joined PWC as Senior Manager of Enterprise Business Development, working with senior management teams in a variety of markets: information technology, telecommunications, business and financial services, engineering and manufacturing. I applied my sales leadership knowledge and experience to help clients build and develop their sales organizations, optimizing performance and results.
IT Business Operations Leader – Lanier (division of Ricoh USA)
Joined Lanier as Regional Director of Sales, Service and Operations responsible for leading and managing all sales, product service and business operations. Introduced innovative sales/marketing strategies for multiple product lines that tripled sales over a 2 year period.
Diversified Sales Marketing Experience – Xerox
Earned numerous awards for outstanding sales achievement every year as a sales rep. As a market development specialist, I introduced an innovative sales strategy for the education market, leading to its rapid sales growth. I also implemented and managed formal learning sessions to train sales and management teams. Promoted to product manager for high volume products, I continued to earn outstanding sales achievement awards. Promoted next to sales manager, I led multi-city sales teams … recruiting, training, motivating and managing sales representatives and consistently leading region sales results.

I coordinate all customer communication and support for The Willis Organization. I lead our development team managing all media strategy, content and communication, including website, video, social media, blogs and articles.
Further Leadership Experience
Prior to co-founding The Willis Organization and following a successful career in education and consulting, I was Director of ESL instruction and curriculum for a multi-ethnic school board of over 200 schools. I was responsible for leading and coordinating all board/staff communication, teacher training and student learning programs. I apply the skills and experience learned there to provide positive and memorable learning experiences for our customers at The Willis Organization.
